Our Refund & Returns policy is valid 30 days after purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
- Because of these items’ nature, we don’t accept returns for custom or personalized orders unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- We accept returns for default maps that do not include personalization and arrived in perfect original condition.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email from us – either an approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
Usually, a refund transaction takes 5 – 15 working days to be completed.
If you haven’t received a refund, please take the following steps:
- Recheck your bank account or contact your credit card company.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at [email protected]
If your product is damaged / missing during shipping:
- Please, notify the courier and sign for it as “Damaged package, goods not yet inspected”. So we will be able to inspect the case and replace the order.
- Contact our customer support by sending us pictures of the damaged packaging & product.
- Once a package shows as “delivered” on the tracking information, we are not responsible for any items that are missing or stolen. We will not refund or replace any items that are confirmed as “delivered” by the courier.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Clients have to cover the shipping costs of the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
