All pin maps have tracking numbers, and it will be sent to your email with link to the tracking site. If you can’t find it, contact us, we will gladly help.

No, we are located in European Union so no Sales Tax is included.
We ship worldwide to most countries. If you can’t place an order, please contact us. We will send you a shipping quote.
If you have chosen the same shipping address for your orders, your maps will be shipped in one packaging unless specified in the order notes to ship them separately. If orders have different shipping addresses, maps will be sent individually.
Returns and Exchanges
We do accept returns for default maps that do not include personalization and that arrived in original condition.
Because of these items’ nature, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we don’t accept returns for custom or personalized orders.
All pin maps are insured, so if they are damaged in transit, we will replace them! We will need photos of the damaged map and packaging.
On top of that, we stand behind the quality promise so we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
