Standard Pin Adventure map orders take up to 2–3 business days to be processed and sent out due to your order being handmade.

The time to prepare push pin map with personalization takes 3-5 days because of the need to wait for your confirmation about personalization.

What if your order gets damaged during shipping?

If the parcel you receive is damaged, please note the fact when you sign for it, even before you open the parcel to examine the content. If you are unable to open the damaged package in the presence of the carrier, make sure that you sign for it as “Damaged package, goods not yet inspected.”

We can then arrange for a replacement to be made for you or agree on issuing a full or partial refund, as it makes the process much easier and faster. More information can be found in our Terms & Conditions page.

Returns & Exchanges

To get help with the exchange or return process, contact us, and we will reply promptly with instructions for further steps.

In case of return or exchange, the customer (you) will be responsible for all shipping fees that are incurred during the process. It means that, if the product is not damaged in transit and meets our warranty standards, you will be responsible for returning the product to us at your expense.
