Returns & exchange

To get help with the exchange or return process simply contact us and we will reply promptly with instructions for further steps.

In case of return or exchange, the customer (you) will be responsible for all shipping fees that are incurred during the process.It means that, if the product is not damaged in transit and meets our warranty standards, you will be responsible for returning the Product to us at your expense.

Goods damaged in transit

If the parcel you receive is damaged, please note the fact when you sign for it, even before you open the parcel to examine the content. If you are unable to open the damaged package in the presence of the carrier, make sure that you sign for it as “Damaged package, goods not yet inspected”.

We can then arrange for a replacement to be made for you or agree on issuing a full or partial refund, as it makes the process much easier and faster.

Our guarantee does not cover general wear and damage caused by accident or by using the item for other than its intended purpose. Please note that every item is a subject to an evaluation by our Returns Team.
