Delivery time table
The delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method you select when you place the order.

As we ship worldwide our maps:
- Our shipping costs do not include any customs charges you may incur.
- Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
- If you are sending it as a gift to someone, the recipient can be billed the customs charges.
If your product is damaged / missing during shipping:
- Please, notify the courier and sign for it as “Damaged package, goods not yet inspected”. So we will be able to inspect the case and replace the order.
- Contact our customer support right away by sending us pictures of the damaged package, when the goods are not inspected yet.
- Once a package shows as “delivered” on the tracking information, we are not responsible for any items that are missing or stolen. We will not refund or replace any items that are confirmed as “delivered” by the courier.
Personalized item returns:
- Because of these items’ nature, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we don’t accept returns for custom or personalized orders.
- We do accept returns for default maps that do not include personalization and that are arrived in perfect original condition.
Conditions of return:
- Customer can request a return within 30 days after the delivery date.
- Customer is responsible for returning shipping costs.
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any value loss.
- Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.
- To cancel your order, contact our customer support. Write in a message the order number and a reason for cancelation.
